We are looking for a Consultant and Project Manager to join our growing professional team.
In this position, you will specialize in developing R&D grants and managing clients from project conceptualization, through building work plans and providing full professional support, to securing funding for cutting-edge innovations.
- Proficient in spoken and written Hebrew and English (native speaker level)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Masters a plus).
- Scientific/business writing orientation
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Self-motivation and independence
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Ability to work towards submission deadlines
- A quick understanding of business environments and new technologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills

The client strategist role and professional prospects include:
- Client management – defining an optimal grant and funding strategy in collaboration with your clients. The clientele consists of high-tech SMEs and R&D entities specializing in innovative technologies across various thematic fields.
- Being a part of the business development team and product formulation of the company
- Taking an advisor position while building up partnerships with R&D entities with a focus on European and Israeli markets.
- Become an expert in the European non-dilutive funding world.
- Proficient in spoken and written English at a native speaker level and other languages – a major plus.
- M.A. in various fields – Must include research experience.
- Analytic thinking – the ability to extract information from extensive databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Argentum is in search of a Sales Representative to join our thriving Marketing and Sales department. We are looking for an individual with a business-oriented mindset looking to enhance their business development and sales experience.
This role involves maintaining ongoing contact with leading companies and organizations in Europe and Israel, conducting sales calls and meetings, and managing the sales process, including being in charge of negotiations and signing contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters a plus).
- Proven experience in sales.
- English and Hebrew – Mother tongue level. Other languages – a plus.
- Excellent presentation/pitch, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to negotiate with senior executives both on the business and personal levels.
- Orderly and organized.
- Familiarity with European culture is a plus.
- Full-time position.
- Flexibility to travel to Europe.
