We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated office manager to join our team temporarily to cover maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR with employee engagement activities, including happy hours and company events
• Manage financial collection processes in accordance with Israeli and European business contracts
• Oversee all aspects of office management and day-to-day operations
• Supervise main IT systems, including computers and network infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in office management or HR – an advantage
• Fluent in both English and Hebrew
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy with a high level of logistics and office systems orientation
