Job Description:

We are looking for a Consultant and Project Manager to join our growing professional team.

In this position, you will specialize in developing R&D grants and managing clients from project conceptualization through building work plans and providing full professional support to securing funding for cutting-edge innovations.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written Hebrew and English (native speaker level)
Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree – a plus
Scientific/business writing orientation
Strong verbal and writing skills
Self-motivation and independence
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Ability to work towards submission deadlines
A quick understanding of business environments and new technology
Strong communication and leadership skills
Full-time employment

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and interesting person to join our Strategy Department. As a Strategist at Argentum, you will:

Become an expert in the European non-dilutive funding (innovation grants) world and implement this expertise with your clients.
Gain experience in business strategy development, R&D partnerships, fundraising for deep-tech innovation, project management and more.
Experience a challenging work with leading start-ups and academic institutions in Israel and Europe, working with researchers and C-level executives in various fields including Health, Space, Energy and Environment, Robotics, Mobility and more.
Play a crucial role in promoting tomorrow’s technologies, tackling issues such as climate change, public health, food security and more
Take part in Argentum business development activities
Get rewarding terms and promotion possibilities
Work in a dynamic, friendly, and inspiring professional environment

Job Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written English (native speaker level),
Hebrew and a European language are a plus.

Master’s Degree
The academic skills are more important than the discipline itself

Basic experience or quick understanding in one or more of the following environments:
- Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I)
- Business development and marketing
- Client management
  Direct experience with R&D funding is a plus

Availability and motivation for full time employment
Located in Jerusalem or in applicable distance (we are located close to the Jerusalem train station)

High organizational skills and ability to manage several processes in parallel
