General Principle
Argentum provides customized consultancy services under individually negotiated agreements.
Governing Agreement
All payment terms, cancellation rights, and related conditions are defined in the signed agreement between the client and the relevant Argentum entity.
Cancellation
Clients may request to terminate or cancel services in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in their signed agreement.
Fees and Refunds
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable agreement:
Fees for services already performed are non-refundable
Any refund or adjustment is subject solely to the terms of the signed agreement
Success-Based Fees
Where applicable, success-based fees are governed exclusively by the client agreement and are not subject to refund once triggered under those terms.
