Argentum provides consultancy services related to European funding, including identification of funding opportunities, proposal preparation support, and consortium-related services. All services are customized and defined exclusively in a formal written agreement between the relevant Argentum entity and the client.
Engagement Process
Clients may initiate contact through the website or direct communication channels.
Services are provided only after a formal proposal and/or agreement has been reviewed and accepted by both parties.
Fees and Payment
Fees, including any fixed service fees and/or success-based components, are defined exclusively in the signed agreement between the parties.
No payment is required or processed without such agreement and issuance of an invoice.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Argentum provides advisory and support services.
Funding decisions are made solely by the relevant funding authorities, and no guarantee of success or funding approval is provided.
Relationship with Client Agreement
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Service and a signed agreement between the client and an Argentum entity, the terms of the signed agreement shall prevail.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability shall be governed exclusively by the terms set forth in the applicable client agreement.
